The orbiting counterpart of findBodiesInsideParent: every body whose
ORBIT carries it inside its parent's own radius at periapsis (a(1 − e) <
parent radius), so for part of every orbit it renders inside the
parent's sphere — or, for real data, has elements that can't be right
(it would have hit the surface). findBodiesInsideParent can only check
fixed positions, which have one distance; an orbit's closest approach is
the static, date-independent equivalent. distanceKm is that periapsis
distance. Same exclusions as findBodiesInsideParent (surface
installations, unknown parents).
